About

LaserWaves is an arcade wave survival shooter with roguelike elements. Every run is a different experience, choose your upgrades wisely to make it to a round further than last run!

Pilot your spaceship through waves of enemies, facing different challenges. Each enemy has unique stats, abilities, and attacks. Destroy enemies and collect parts and gem drops. Then, spend your parts in between rounds to upgrade your ship's damage, defence, and abilities.

Learn which upgrades to buy and when to save until the next round to get further than your last attempt. As the run goes on the save points get further and further apart, ramping up the tension and the fun.

Artefacts earned through challenges make you stronger across all of your runs, giving you damage and resistance bonuses against enemies. Gems can be spent in the Gem Store at any point to unlock new powerful mid and late game items in the Upgrade Shop.

Key features

• Face six different enemy types, 13 bosses, 13 empowered bosses with 15 different upgrade paths and more than 50 upgrades over hundreds of rounds.
• Unlock upgrade remixes that emphasise a certain play style (up close, far away, and experimental)
• Face hybrid mutant enemies in later rounds, that combine features from both enemies. Dozens of mutant enemies and hundreds of mutant bosses!
• Use gems to unlock high powered upgrades in the Gem Store
• Gain artefacts as you pay, giving you damage bonuses and resistance against enemies you've fought before
• Upgrade your ship into bullet heaven!
